  1.   The packed files come with an icon so the program can be started 
  2. from the workbench or CLI. Put everything into the same directory.
  3.   The main program is "RulesDemo."
  4.   You will always get case no. 14, manslaughter,
  5. no matter which menu selection you make, but you can pick from any of
  6. the three judges. They will make a difference in decisions on
  7. "borderline" objections - close calls which might be decided in favor
  8. of the defense (liberal) or prosecution (conservative).
